Cancel your Foxy subscription

There are no longterm contracts or commitments with your Foxy subscription. This means that you can cancel your paid subscription at anytime, preventing any future charges.
If your Foxy subscription is past due, you will not be able to cancel the subscription yourself. Please contact us.

Instructions

  1. Login to the Foxy dashboard here.
  2. Go to your store's cancellation settings here.
  3. Click on the green deactivate button.
  4. Enter your billing password.
  5. Click on the "Cancel My Subscription" button.
